There is no phone number listed for the company listed anywhere.

Our support response is 24 hours and we contacted him within 4 business hours 11am next day with a response. Further our phone number is posted on the same contact page as customer entered support ticket. A simple setting would have fixed the issue, but refunded customer per request.
