This role is responsible for valuation, due diligence, and execution of project acquisition opportunities as well as strategy, structuring, and pricing support for power marketing utility scale wind and solar assets under development. This role reports into the Director, Business Development. Work with Project Finance and Risk teams to ensure conformance with underwriting guidelines, investment metrics and forecasted cash flows. Run sensitivity analyses and generate ideas to optimize valuations and transaction structures. Coordinate with internal functional teams, third party consultants and deal counterparts on due diligence activities and financial model inputs to qualify project investments prior to executing acquisition documents. Prepare detailed memos and presentations for senior management and investment committee.
